Outstanding gym in the area with most amazing coaches.
I came here this morning for a workout while I was in town and had a great time! The coaches were nice and the studio was very clean. Very welcoming and nice place!
I have been to probably 15 different F45 locations around the country and these are by far the nicest people.
I love this studio and these people!! This was my first gym when I moved to Durham, and I felt a sense of community immediately. All of the coaches are welcoming, intentional, and knowledgeable. Whether you’ve been working out for years or just want to get started- I highly recommend F45!
What an awesome gym! I was in Durham over an extended period of time so purchased passes to attend classes here. The hotel had a gym but it’s much more motivating and fun to be with other people. I highly recommend you give them a try, if I lived locally, I would be a member. Being 48, I was probably a little older than the average member but it didn’t matter.
