I love F45! The workouts are always amazing and anything can be modified to make things as easy or as challenging as you want. All of the coaches are super friendly and are always there to help you out. They also know every member by name. Very impressive. F45 and the trainers make it easy to stay motivated and get you in shape. I highly recommend signing up! Thanks F45 team Schaumburg!
The workouts are definitely challenging, but definitely achievable. Special shoutout to Coach Erin and Kate they always know how to get me lift heavier and push myself more. Every coach here is amazing though, they always make sure to attend to each person, I genuinely look forward to every session! And this is coming from someone that would never go to the gym prior to this and now every morning I go to f45!
F45 Schaumburg is THE place for group fitness & functional training! The coaches take the time to get to know us, and support our fitness goals. The workouts are diverse & challenge us to be stronger, both physically & mentally, and the community is amazing. Joining F45 Schaumburg was the best decision I made in 2024!! Updated on 12/14/2024 Nearly 4 years has passed since I joined the F45 Schaumburg. I enjoyed the workout every time I was there. I feel healthier in physically and mentally thanks to their fantastic programs! ************************************************** 3 months has passed since I joined the F45 Schaumburg. I already see a good result with leaner muscle while losing 8 lb weight. All trainers are very professional and friendly.
This studio has vibes like no other! The coaches are so welcoming and very helpful. The workouts are fun and they play awesome music. F45 is for everyone no matter what age! My favorite thing about this studio is their social media content! I love all of their TikTok’s!!
