Great location, great gym, the owners are lovely, trainers are helpful and knowledgeable, supportive atmosphere- love working out here!
I love the sessions, the instructors are nice. It’s such a good environment that motivates us to take care of ourselves and get fit. I didn’t want to miss any workouts!

F45 Scarborough has brought me so much joy, happiness, and motivation. The atmosphere when you step into the gym is nothing less than supportive. The trainers very welcoming, and are very helpful whether it is altering the workout or fixing my form. The location is great - I can get sweaty and hot, and then cool off in the ocean and grab a coffee. I’ve been with F45 Scarborough for several years now and the support and help it has done to my mental health has been life changing. Thanks Scarbs!
I have trained here in and off for the past 4 years and Both Zety and Rick have been fantastic. Zety was extremely helpful and compassionate when I had to deal with a family emergency and helped me organise training elsewhere. Couldn’t recommend higher.
