Best Gym Ever! Love Christian and Cory! They are super knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming in to try this location out. It’s perfect if you are looking for a workout that is quick and effective. The facility is clean and welcoming. Can’t ask for more!
F45 Sayville Heights has been an incredible experience over the past two months. I was a member of Oakdale Body Boot Camp when the announcement came that they were closing their doors at the end of March. F45 was highly recommended by several instructors as a workout that was very comparable to the boot camp. Love the workout !!! Highly recommend ! They just added Hyrox classes too which have been a great addition.
After struggling to find a gym I loved, I passed by this gym and decided to go inside to inquire about it. I went to a trial class and was instantly hooked. I love the classes, the challenge, the atmosphere, the trainers and the community. So happy I decided to walk in on a whim! I tell everyone about it
