I was in a major workout slump after taking a couple of years off from training after being a college student-athlete. I can’t recommend this gym enough! I started training here for HYROX, and the experience has been incredible. Christian helped guide me throughout my training and was always supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating every step of the way.
