Best Gym Ever! Love Christian and Cory! They are super knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming in to try this location out. It’s perfect if you are looking for a workout that is quick and effective. The facility is clean and welcoming. Can’t ask for more!

F45 Sayville Heights has been an incredible experience over the past two months. I was a member of Oakdale Body Boot Camp when the announcement came that they were closing their doors at the end of March. F45 was highly recommended by several instructors as a workout that was very comparable to the boot camp. After struggling to find a gym I loved, I passed by this gym and decided to go inside to inquire about it. I went to a trial class and was instantly hooked. I love the classes, the challenge, the atmosphere, the trainers and the community. So happy I decided to walk in on a whim! I tell everyone about it

I’ve been to a few F45 studios over the past year, and this one is by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of attending, really because of how amazing and encouraging the instructors are. I’ve been to studios where instructors tend to just clap and cheer throughout the class, which I feel like can be both dangerous for beginners as well as one leaving the class wondering if you did everything correctly or to the best of your ability.
