I started F45 about a month ago and the trainers have been so helpful with navigating class and the vibes are great.
I joined F45 Saugus about a month ago and I’ve been loving it. I was looking for a place where the workouts were quick and efficient and I finally found it! Trainers are all super friendly and help you out whenever needed. Highly recommend!
LOVE LOVE LOVE F45 and this studio! I've tried everything from Pure Barre, Orangetheory, Crossfit, personal training, Lifetime Fitness, etc and have finally found my home gym! Brenda, Fernanda, and all the coaches are all so warm and welcoming, and will come around to correct form when needed. Great studio with great vibes!
First gym I’ve actually consistently stuck to in years. Coaches all super welcoming and come around to correct form when needed. Feel very comfortable walking in at any fitness level.
