F45 is a HIIT training gym that provides functional 45 minute sessions in a controlled group environment delivered by experienced personal trainers. Our weekly schedule is set up so you can train every day, as what you do today won't hurt what you do tomorrow. We give a 1-on-1 experience within a group environment at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. Our workouts are designed so everyone from beginners to athletes can do them and get a good workout.
