I switched gyms and started working out at F45 UTC in January and it’s been a game changer. The coaches and members are the BEST hands down!!!!
I was in Sarasota this week and used my Passport to visit this gym. Whether you are visiting or joining, this gym was so welcoming and an overall great experience. Amazing energy, great coaches that help with form and push you in a fun way to work harder. I wish I could pack up this energy and take back to my home studio! Thanks for a great week!
