The atmosphere is so welcoming. The coaches are fantastic and friendly. If you’re even thinking about trying it - don’t hesitate and do it!!
All coaches are amazing and the workouts are fun & change daily, so nothing is stale. I’ve been out of fitness for a while but have really enjoyed getting back into it with F45 UTC.
