Last Sunday evening I bought a dresser and badly underestimated how heavy it was. I was stuck in the parking lot trying to figure out how I was getting it upstairs. Francisco saw me struggling, offered to help, and carried it up the stairs and into my bedroom with me. That was not his job. It was a Sunday. I’ve been going to F45 on and off since 2020, and specifically the Santa Monica location since 2021. I’ve tried a lot of different workout classes and F45 is consistently one of the best. Reliable, challenging, and more well rounded than most. The coaches are great and friendly, and there’s always a good vibe in class.
