Really positive energy Supportive. They take time to teach you
I can honestly say I love these classes. Quick, efficient and TOUGH. Before F45, I had a really hard time being consistent with workouts. I like these classes because you essentially just have to show up, and then you have no choice but to dive in - the intervals leave no time for overthinking. The Santa Monica gym has a great community of members and coaches, I've always felt welcomed and not judged, even as a beginner. I've tried the cardio, hybrid and resistance classes and found value in each of them!
All of the coaches are very positive and give helpful advice to improve form and get stronger. Very welcoming even to ClassPass users!
Excellent full body workout with great instructors and good people. DJ on Saturdays. Been to 10 classes and loving it.
Great trainers. Simple, straight forward.
