Such a great experience at F45 Santa Barbara! My son and I were guests of a member, and the entire onsite team made us feel welcome from check-in through cool down. The coaches were fantastic—especially Alejandra, who took the time to walk us through the sets, make sure we felt comfortable, and offer thoughtful modifications for lower back issues. If you are new to Santa Barbara and looking to build community and get a hard workout in, this is the place! Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, the coaches actually asked my name and checked in throughout the workout. Also, right next to my favorite coffee shop in SB - Dune Coffee! Best morning routine ever! Beach is 0.5miles away too! Thank you F45 I will be back!

Coach Alika's Wednesday Cardio class was so great! Other F45 classes have felt rushed and I often dont get to do a workout because it didnt "fit" into the rotation. Not this time !! The 50 minutes were perfect for all 12 stations, and the progressive time for each actually made it feel like I got a good workout at each station. Highly recommend!
