I’ve been coming at f45 fitness or a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — always ready to answer questions or offer guidance. I also really enjoy the group classes; the instructors are motivating, professional, and create a great atmosphere. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, this gym has everything you need to stay on track with your fitness goals. Highly recommended!
Top notch ownership & staff, plus awesome workouts! I have tried f45 in both nyc and California and have to say this f45 is one of the best. The team there are encouraging, flexible, great communicators, and most importantly can help each person succeed and get value from the membership. I’m super grateful to have found this f45 and look forward to continuing my membership when I’m back in Marin!
