This gym and community truly make you feel right at home. The coaches are incredibly positive and make every workout feel like a challenge, which is definitely a good thing!

I can’t say enough good things about F45 San Rafael! I started going a year ago and it has been a game changer. The staff, community and workouts are all fantastic! My body and mind thank you! Also, this weekend’s Pride workouts with DJ and room get out was off the charts!!
