I've been a member of F45 San Rafael for over 3 years. I had little experience with gyms before going to F45-SR. I did not play sports or work out growing up so a gym environment could have been intimidating to someone like me. The owners Mike and Kyle plus all the coaches: Angi, Anna, Alexy, Azu, Anne (all the A names!), Geoff, Claire, Doug, Nick, Bill and Becca are welcoming, knowledgable, trained and supportive from every angle. This review has been a long time coming, but I truly love F45! I joined after dealing with uncontrolled asthma for a year, during which I couldn’t work out at all. From day one, the guidance and support I’ve received have been phenomenal. I was nervous to start exercising again, but the coaches helped me modify movements so I could train safely without triggering an asthma attack.
