F45 Sale has been a great place to train, the coaching team are great and very inclusive no matter what level you start at. Lots of encouragement and good vibes. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get motivated to improve their fitness and overall health!!

I joined F45 because I wanted more from my workouts. The group training I find really motivating, the workouts push you but are designed for all fitness levels. Nic and the team have made me feel welcome and the best part, in my opinion, No mirrors. Okay so there is one tiny mirror that welcomes 'good vibes only' That's totally F45, good vibes
