I recently joined the f45 family and cannot say I'm not good things about it. Everyone there is so supportive of each other. The classes will push you and the coaches guide you to prevent injuries from incorrect form. Best health decision.

F45 In Royersford is great! I’ve tried plenty of workout styles over the years, but F45 stands out as something special. The combination of functional strength training, high-energy cardio, and team-based motivation makes every session both challenging and rewarding. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and quick to correct form. The group atmosphere creates accountability and makes the sessions fun — you feel like you’re part of a team.
I have wanted to try F45 but have always been afraid I couldn’t handle it. I finally got the courage and gave it a shot and I am so glad I did! The workout was incredible, nice and supportive instructors and a clean environment. Highly Recommend F45!
Great full body HIIT workouts in a high energy environment! Classes and exercises change so you don’t have to worry about variety or intensity. Very happy to have found this gym!
