All the coaches at Roscoe Village are phenomenal! The studio was recently remodeled so all the equipment is relatively new which is always a plus
The workout and the trainers are amazing. The studio looks great and you won’t be disappointed. It really is life-changing.
This studio and all of the coaches are incredible - this is the first studio of any gym where I actually have found a community of people that I know care about me as a person and as a client! I searched for many years to find a gym community and am so grateful to have found it! I love the variety of workouts F45 provides, but the coaches and the people are really what make this studio stand out!
I believe this location should seriously reevaluate the qualifications and approach of the coaches they hire. I visited with a friend to try it out, and unfortunately, my experience with Coaches David and Montana was disappointing. David records videos without asking, and much of what he says is confusing, lacks clarity, or is a bunch of nonsense (I have worked in healthcare and fitness, so I know).
