I've been training at F45 for coming up 2 years. Originally, it was meant to just be for a couple of months to help prep for a big martial arts grading but I got hooked, and here I am still training today. Amazing staff and members with good quality, well maintained equipment. Thank you F45 Rolleston!

F45 have helped me with strengthening and recovery for improved running performance. I started out coming on my own and was made to feel really welcome and encouraged.
Up until joining f45 I had never considered myself a gym person. Now I'm a full blown gymrat! You can't keep me away, I really enjoy the environment, community they have built and the encouraging advice and support the trainers provide. Its incredible to look back at the progress I've made since becoming a member.
