We provide functional 45 minute sessions in a controlled group environment, delivered by experienced personal trainers. Our weekly schedule is set up so you can train every day, as what you do today, wont hurt you tomorrow. We give a 1 on 1 experience within a group environment, at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer, that delivers results like I have never seen. Basically, it’s like a personal training session, but in a group/team environment. Not really a gym as much as it is a community.

Would definitely recommend this place! I’ve joined in February and been a member since. It also helps to show up. I tried the whole membership thing without coming but didn’t like the results so started coming again! David the owner is very friendly and is always smiling! Great place to network and work out! Also the work outs are and really challenge you! Everyone can work at their own pace and level of strength! And the trainers help you with posture aswell as make sure you’re not hurting yourself!
