F45 RVC has completely changed my life. I’ve taken over 700 classes, and it truly feels like family every time I walk through the door. One of the best fitness classes I have taken! I have tried them all (nyc in peak class pass days) and this is the only studio where instructors actually correct your form and want to see you push yourself. Very impressed with the way Alex runs the studio and his team. I’m going on almost 3 years here!
This gym changed my life! Alex and all of the trainers are extremely helpful and motivational! They help everyone at each level and push you through the workouts! I highly recommend F45 RVC, you won’t be disappointed!
I joined F45 in August of 2024. I had been doing more cardio based workouts and needed something different. I wasn’t seeing any changes in my body and it just hurt all the time. F45 is hard, but in a good way. The coaches spend time getting to know you, if you have injuries and they spend time correcting your form to prevent injuries. I’m seeing a big difference in how toned I am. I love it.
