It’s a great place to get your 45 minutes in to start or end your day. A lot of strength training and hybrid cardio and resistance classes. Definitely would recommend.

I have been at F45 RVC for about 2 years. It is a great place for group fitness. The coaches are awesome - they provide clear instructions and guidance, and provide modifications as needed. The workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about F45! Before joining, I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in years. Now I’m working out 4-5 times a week, and it’s completely changed my life. Having a great experience at F45. The workouts are fun and challenging, and the coaches are very motivating and are always willing to help with form and modifications if needed. Great gym!
