Truly disappointed in this company. I started a trial run with this location to see how I would like their classes and guidance. I had hit a weight loss plateau and wanted a guided class to try new workouts. In my third class, I was being helped by a new instructor and Alex (the manager) or so I thought. Everyone is so nice and I don't feel judged
Great gym with a program that keeps you interested and motivated. Head trainer Erica and the rest of the trainers are all knowledgeable and motivating. Clean gym and lots of options for class schedule.
Great experience, effective workout! I haven't been able to keep a consistent workout schedule in awhile. This class was great for me. You workout at your own pace and the heart rate monitor and stats after class allow you to keep pushing yourself a little more each time.
