I have been coming to this location since 2022 and it gets better and better! Recently they have incorporates HYROX signature workouts which prepare members for competitions. The feeling of community and camaraderie the members show each other mixed with the drive and respect from the coaches such as Justin, Antonio, Kyle and Alex create a positive and safe atmosphere where I feel safe and respected to push my limits and reach new goals!

F45 RVC has completely changed my life. I’ve taken over 700 classes, and it truly feels like family every time I walk through the door. The coaches are beyond amazing— Alex, the head coach, sets the tone with his energy, leadership, and genuine care for every member. All the coaches are truly amazing! One of the best fitness classes I have taken! I have tried them all (nyc in peak class pass days) and this is the only studio where instructors actually correct your form and want to see you push yourself. Very impressed with the way Alex runs the studio and his team. I’m going on almost 3 years here!
