I was looking to change my life and training habits. I found F45 in Robina and decided to try on their special for 5 days. Mark made the experience really good and feeling the energy and vibe of everyone in there while training made me join it. Loving it and love the results I’m having since I joined. Amazing place run by great trainers. Always welcoming and very helpful throughout all the classes. They are accommodating to people at all different fitness levels. It is always comfortable to go their classes especially with Mark and Tyra supporting their excellent team of trainers. Very grateful for all their hard work in keeping everyone fit and healthy! Would definitely recommend.
Went here for 6 sessions while on holiday from NZ. Loved it. Great vibe, friendly people. Good trainers. Superbly clean / tidy studio, excellent facilities and equipment. Thank you for having me, I hope to attend again later in the year
