If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife took a class at this location and is now experiencing severe radiating pain from her groin all the way down to her toes. She can not walk and we are having to go to the doctor. When I reached out to the studio to explain the situation, I was met with skepticism, defensiveness and a complete lack of empathy. As someone who used to work for F45 I am shocked to see how poorly this studio is being run. No waivers signed either as well. Avoid at all costs.
Today was my first trial class. It was awesome.
The workout is intense but you don’t feel it because the trainers are cheering you on!
Good experience, but pricey.
