Really good classes
Different type of workout than I'm used to. I absolutely loved it. Fun environment, I'll make it a point to come on back.
Really nice studio, with shower and a whole vanity room to get ready in. Trainers are fun and personable and provide plenty of modifications and progressions. I’ve been to many many f45s and this is definitely one of the best!
Great atmosphere, amazing trainers and a wide variety of different exercises to push myself
I stopped in for a couple classes over the weekend and am super impressed with this place! The coaches give great cuing on form and technique, they provide towels, it’s clean, and the members are awesome! They modify for all fitness levels and have weights from 5lbs to over 100lb dumbbells. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area! If you’re looking for a community to keep you focused, motivated, and challenged…. Check this place out! You won’t regret it!
