Amazing Team at F45 Southgate/Riverbend, I passported into this location (I am originally from Van). Was super appreciative of how warm and welcoming the team was. Special shout outs to Coach Christie, Kat and Tobi. Thankyou and highly recommend this location if you are looking for a solid work out!
