I joined F45 Riverbend three years when it was after Covid. You would be hooked. It is a fun, warm, and non-judgmental environment where you would feel at home. The workouts are in a group setting. The coaches are certified. They are there for you if you need a modification in anything. If they know you can push harder, they will get on you for that...lol. But, it is in the most loving way.
