Amazing Team at F45 Southgate/Riverbend, I passported into this location (I am originally from Van). Was super appreciative of how warm and welcoming the team was. Special shout outs to Coach Christie, Kat and Tobi. Thankyou and highly recommend this location if you are looking for a solid work out!
Considering people live and work around you. The lack of consideration for those near you, and a generally disrespectful music level. The by law states no higher than 85 decibels during the day, for no longer than an hour at a time. With an hour break in between the disruption. Again, there are people that live around you. They do not pay an exorbitant amount of rent for your speakers to shake the pictures on our walls.
While the location is not convenient for me - I find myself coming back every week for more! The classes are challenging, but with the group I'm able to mentally push harder and have fun with it. The instructors have all been great. They're very thoughtful with me as beginner with paying a bit more attention to me if I'm struggling or just offering adjustments to my form when needed. Would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for that extra push, or just don't know where to begin on your fitness journey... read more
