As a consistent workout girlie who has been everywhere from Barry's to [solidcore] to Studio Three to Train Moment and all of the smaller ones in-between, this F45 (river north location specifically) is by far the most unwelcoming and "cult-y" fitness studio I've ever been to. You guys need to get with the program and enable passport at this studio!
Reached out several times via phone, left a message and texted asking about taking classes while I was traveling. No one bothers to get back in touch - super unprofessional.
They do a good job of keeping the classes engaging. The instructors will come around to correct form, but it's definitely something to keep in mind while exercising if you are new to weights
