Just hit my 200th class at F45 and couldn’t be more grateful for this community! The workouts are challenging, fun, and have helped me get stronger both physically and mentally. A huge shoutout to coaches Cullen, Jesse, and Monica for always bringing the energy, motivation, and support. I've been going to F45 for about 6 months and have found a really inspiring community - I love the intensity of the workout without a huge time commitment. The diversity in the workouts is fun and motivating as well. Good for any level of fitness!
