Great gym, nice staff, helps me build towards my strength training goals
They were so kind for me to get in the class for drop-in, good vibe and class. Ppl here are all so energized even on Sunday morning. Love here
Visited from out of town for my first class - the coaches and other members were super welcoming and friendly AND I got an amazing workout! For other first timers like me - the exercises were easy to follow since the coach demos them at the beginning of the class and they also have screens that show the moves during the class in case you forget. The coaches also help correct form during the class. There’s also a range of weights you can pick from for each exercise, so it’s very accessible to all fitness levels.
5/5 stars for F45 Richmond! I’ve been an on‑and‑off member here and am nearly finished my 37th class, and my overall experience has been absolutely fantastic. Shoutout to coaches Brennan, Chris and Ropy— they’re endlessly energetic, super motivating, and always ready to help every member.
