I’ve been coming to F45 Reston off and on for the last 5 years and it’s the only gym in the area I’ve stayed with consistently. It’s a quick, efficient workout, music is motivating, the community is great and the trainers are awesome. Shoutout to Christian, Gabriela, Taylor, Donny, Neil and Missy!
I’ve been a member at the Reston F45 Studio for almost 3 years and it’s one of the best decisions I ever made. The workouts are varied which keeps it fun, the people are amazing and what keep you showing up, and the coaches (Donny, Lauren, Taylor, Christian, Missy, Cass, Danielle, Gabby and Neil - did I miss anyone?!) keep you accountable, safe, and encourage you to push harder. Highly recommend joining our community!
Love F45! The workouts are quick but intense. Always leave feeling great! Donny and Gabriela are awesome trainers. They make us feel welcome and keep us motivated!

Coach Missy is a bright star every morning - always encouraging and inspiring us to push, but in a safe manner. Coach Gaby, Cass & Lauren are wonderful as well. I’ve even gotten my husband to... read more
