F45 has been great! All the trainers and staff are so nice and definitely are helping me get stronger!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about F45 RTC and the trainers there, especially Missy, Gabriella, and Lauren. I work out with Missy almost every day, and she is truly amazing. From day one, she’s been incredibly patient with me and always supports me in learning how to do each movement correctly. She takes the time to understand where I can improve and explains things in a way that actually makes sense to me. The workouts are great and with a lot of variety so you don’t feel like you’re stuck in a rut. I love getting a solid workout done in 45 minutes.
I am really enjoying F 45 @ RTC! I needed to get back into resistance training after some time off. The workouts are really challenging but adaptable. The trainers are friendly and supportive. I highly recommend.
