I'm 68 and I focus on aerobic training. The training is intense, but is pretty low-impact, which is exactly what I need. All the instructors are attentive, making sure that the exercises are done correctly, and encouraging. If there are injuries or restrictions they actively suggested modifications to the exercises to ensure that each member gets the most out of each session. My advice is to try it out and see how it can work for you.
