My experience at F45 Reston station was the best! I lived in Reston for 7 years and tried 4 different gyms throughout the years. F45 was definitely my favorite. Not only is the most fun (while challenging) workout I’ve tried, but also the coaches are so friendly and motivating. I really enjoyed my time at this gym and I’m really gonna miss it (only leaving because I’m moving)
