Great atmosphere with welcoming staff and great equipment
F45 Glenroy is a great place to get your health and fitness needs. The trainers are knowledgeable and caring and are really passionate about their work. The owners are fantastic and always available for any questions. F45 is a community of warm and welcoming likeminded people - there’s no judgement! I highly recommend it.
Thanks to Adam and his team for running a great Hyrox sim. The facilities and equipment were great and the coaches were very encouraging.
