A very welcoming gym for people of all skill and fitness levels. The coaches are invested in your training and the other members are great supports as well. The owners are always around the gym so always have their finger on the pulse. I enjoy all the different challenges and events they run to keep everyone engaged. In my 4 years here, I have become the fittest I have evert been and made some great friends.
F45 Reservoir is a great place to work out. The trainers are awesome and motivating. F45 Reservoir has a community of people who are welcoming and supportive of you, no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. I highly reccomend this gym.
I really enjoyed starting my day with a class at f45. It is a super friendly environment and great for challenging myself.
2025 update: Still a member, still love it, still a great community of coaches, members and friends! 2023 update: 2 years of membership later and alllll of the original review still stands! Even with changes to trainers and members. That means that the culture is well and truly embedded, and not just dependant on 1 person or a few. Awesome gym space and even better trainers. The community here is supportive and motivating. They take care of all their members. Big reason why I am back in the gym consistently. If you are new to F45, give this place a go!
