Great team who provide motivation to get in shape, along with the atmosphere from other members.
The atmosphere and motivation is incredible!! I was hardly ever going to my previous gym, like twice a month max. Since joining F45 2 years ago I’m there a minimum 3 times a week. The trainers are really great at what they do. They are so helpful and informative and make the workout a lot of fun. All the other members are really friendly, it’s so easy to make good connections. I would 100% recommend F45 over any other Riverland gym.
I would highly recommend the Renmark F45! Recently visiting on holidays it is very spacious, with new clean equipment. The staff were amazing and encouraging. There amenities were clean, with showers, lockers etc. They had a creche with someone looking after the kids so all the mums could enjoy there workout worry free. Beautiful space.
