I used to exercise here for over a year and had a blast experience when Patrick used to be the studio manager and lead coach. I had to leave the studio because life got busier after having a baby. At that time Patrick was already gone. The management of the studio started falling apart. They were not responsive at all to my cancellation request and I had to ping multiple times. Mountain View F45 has better coaches, a cleaner gym and overall a better atmosphere. Also easier/free parking and Hyper Ice products you can try out and use. Highly recommend it over the Redwood City location
F45 is definitely my current fitness favorite, especially for strength training. I visited the Redwood City location last night for the first time and can't wait to go back! Frank was a great coach and the workout itself (Fusion) was incredible.
I’m a 66 year old athlete, tennis and golf. These functional workouts are the best way to stay in shape for sports and overall health. I love the format, lots of variety.
