The gym is clean and workouts are great! Instructors are helpful during the class. My only issue is they make it difficult to cancel memberships. I had to cancel because I wanted to find a gym community but this studio wasn't for me. I submitted a cancellation online on 1/26/26 and they haven't confirmed. Today is 2/4/26 with no contact from the staff. I left a voicemail and text message but no response.
It was my first time visiting this gym but not my first time at f45. Ben was attentive and provided support during the exercises. He adjusted my stance and provided suggestions. Loved the energy and the encouragement. Facilities are clean and equipment well maintained. Free parking in a nearby lot was icing in the cake!
I used to exercise here for over a year and had a blast experience when Patrick used to be the studio manager and lead coach. I had to leave the studio because life got busier after having a baby. At that time Patrick was already gone. The management of the studio started falling apart. They were not responsive at all to my cancellation request and I had to ping multiple times.
