I had struggled to find a fitness programme that I enjoy enough to stick with, until I found F45 Rangiora. The various class times fit around my shifts, I enjoy the atmosphere and people, and I have seen great results. I 100% recommend to anyone , no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Fairly new to the gym, came with the intention of completing an eight week challenge with them and returning to my old gym. I needed a bit of a change and was welcomed with open arms into not just a gym but a community. With the support of all of the coaches I achieved some pretty fantastic results and made some fantastic new connections.
