F45 Training Pukekohe is an awesome place to train. The trainers are motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, and the classes are high-energy and effective. Great atmosphere and even better results — highly recommend.
The Coaches and welcoming and supportive. Being new to F45 and wanting to make some positive lifestyle changes for myself, Chelsey and Molly have definitely set me in the right direction. Since joining F45, I feel much more energetic than before. I’ve just completed 10 sessions with my two friends, and together we feel fresher, more active, and motivated. F45 Pukekohe is top notch. The coaches and people are first class- every morning is challenging but so much fun! The workouts can all be modified for fitness abilities or injuries and the coaches are amazing at this. If you’re feeling like exercise isn’t your vibe, come for a week and it’ll change your whole mindset!
