John is one of the most helpful trainers at F45 Prosper. He's always encouraging and maintains a positive vibe always. If you need a spot, he's got you. If you need more weights, he helps load you up. I love when John is running a class. F45 Prosper is a fantastic facility with fabulous trainers, and gives you a great total working for all ages and sizes.

This F45 workout class and studio has quickly become the highlight of my week! From the moment you walk in to the building, the energy is upbeat, welcoming, and super motivating!
