F45 prosper is the best! It’s not a gym, it’s a community. The owners really make sure their clients feel like family. On top of new and creative workouts everyday, they provide outside events that really make the experience. You also have to check out their weekly posts. They are so fun and creative with their athletes. .
Great facility, equipment, system, and coaches. Always friendly, motivating, and supportive. This place will definitely help you achieve your goals if you commit and integrate with other good habits.
I switched over to F45 from CrossFit, and I’m hooked! The classes keep you moving from one station to another, so your heart rate stays up and you never get bored. The coaches have all been amazing and motivating. Lots of options to scale for any skill level. Try it out!
I can’t say how much I love this gym, owners and trainers! I have been going for several years and have become so much stronger and healthier!
