Such a community vibe. Drew is great. The instructors fix your form so you donāt get hurt. Definitely recommend.Ā
I recently joined the studio, its very welcoming and trainers are very hands on attentive! equipments are top notch and Ive really been enjoying it there. Early morning 45min workouts, especially resistance classes, fit perfectly into my busy work schedule. Thank you to the team at F45 PC!Ā
I was a little intimidated to start (after a few injuries) It was so relieving knowing that the trainers ask about injuries and pay attention to your strengths and weaknesses, even while taking the intro classes. That Being said F45 has really helped me with my confidence getting back into the gym, and I mean this so sincerely. Thank you.Ā
Very beautiful clean pristine facility. I was impressed by the recovery lounge. Everything is in mint condition. I am visiting from out of town and am a member of the f45 community in my home city and have been since 2023. I love that the machines and weights are wiped down by the members prior to moving on to the next station. You can tell a lot of care and time is spent maintaining the facility to ensure a good customer experience. I definitely plan on returning.Ā
