A great studio - clean and tidy with attentive coaches
Amazing F45 gym... Like all F45s, the workouts are amazing, challenging but enjoyable. F45 Ponsonby is a large and spacious studio, the vibe is friendly and fun, and the coaches give super helpful advice and support with form and technique which really makes a difference.

Used the passport to visit Ponsonby F45 while in Auckland for work. Great place to work out.
