Have nothing but GREAT things to say about F45 Pompano & it's trainers... this place rocks... the trainers rock...& the owner has done a fantastic job of creating a close-knit, family environment!!! I joined F45 Pompano Beach in January. I started with their 10 class pass for $25 for new clients so I could test out the classes and see if it was the right fit for me. I was so nervous at my first class but coach Kelly was so welcoming and explained how the class would run. I instantly felt at ease and the energy and sense of community in that first class was like nothing I had experienced before. I love the mix of classes and that every day is a different workout. All the coaches are fantastic and very supportive!
Amazing group of people, ready to help you and push you to get the best of you and maximize your workout. Coach Henry and coach Andrew really make sure you are ok and always have a great comment with an incredible attitude.
