I have been very with this gym and very happy with the workouts and loved the challenge I also joined! It's a great workout in just 45 minutes!
Coach Henry is the best!! Great to have him back from holidays. Lifts the energy aand always there to assist with technique and motivation. Definately should clone him!
We find F45 through class pass and been to coach Andrew class for 3 times. He always welcome us with big smile, and he ensures everyone understands what workouts we will be doing each time. He consistently walks around to correct and help everyone's form, and challenges people to go with heavier weights if possible. The class seemed full each time, but we always felt that there's his personal and customzied instruction to each person. Thank you for your passionate support and we will be back for sure!!
I have been coming to F45 Pompano Beach for a few months now. I was not looking for a long term home at the time, I was just trying to keep some connection to HIIT training while I focused on my yoga practice. I ended up staying long term and making it a consistent commitment of my “movement life”. Great studio, great coaches, and friendly inclusive vibe.
I have been a member for over 4 years. I have tried many gyms over the years and F45 Pompano is the only gym I have loved for the coaches, friends I have made and format of workouts! I highly recommend if you are looking for a new gym give them a try!!
