Visited F45 Pompano while I was visiting. Although I made it known I was just in town for a little while, Andrea continuously reached out to ensure I was set up and happy with my workout. The coach Kelley was a burst of energy - exactly what you need to get those 7:30am workouts done. Will definitely make this my “vacation gym.”
My gym group and I were in town for a friends’ vacation, and we’re all F45 members from our home states. We dropped into F45 Training Pompano Beach as guests and had an awesome experience. The coaches were fantastic—high-energy (LOVE THE VIBES), motivating, and they delivered a seriously great workout.
