As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor I’m a little bit particular about where I work out and with whom. I really find the trainers here knowledgeable and encouraging and I love the energy of the ever-changing workouts. There’s a great sense of community and I am always happy to sweat with the crew here! Update : 3 years later and still loving it!
F45 Training Point Grey is truly the best! Before joining, I had never worked out in my life, but this place completely changed that for me. The workouts are so fun, motivating, and effective that I actually became addicted to training every single morning. The energy, the coaches, and the community make it such a positive experience—I honestly look forward to every session. I never thought I would love working out, but F45 Point Grey made it possible!

i come here 4-5times a week. The coaches are nice And the training is enjoyable. there are fun activities from time to time. people working out cheer each other on.
