I love the community, energy, and coaches. You get good feedback on form and their energy is always awesome and very welcoming. Would highly recommend this gym!
It’s been almost a week since I joined the incredible, energetic, and professional F45 Training family, and I already feel like a new chapter of my life has begun. The workouts are powerful and engaging, and the atmosphere is always positive. Huge thanks to the management team — especially Afsaneh — for creating such a welcoming space, and to the amazing personal trainers whose energy and support make every session enjoyable and motivating. I’m so glad I joined this community!
Great coaches and tough sessions
Good workout. Good location. Clean. Friendly staff. A bit overpriced for what it is. Music is a bit more about pumping you up than enjoying your experience. Good workout to combo with regular gym workouts.
