Never thought I'd be someone who'd enjoy something like this, but F45 has become a daily appointment. The workout is great; each day is a different challenge. It's a welcoming community, whether you're someone who works out regularly or just getting started, there's no judgement and this workout is effective for everyone. No one feels intimidated.
