I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I feel like this place deserves to be talked about. Everyone needs to know that F45 Training is truly top-notch. I couldn’t have joined at a better time in my life. I’m in the middle of a personal transformation journey, and F45 Training has been the missing piece I didn’t even know I needed. While the trainers are amazing, I sadly can’t say the same for management. Even after following their cancellations policy which involves canceling 2 months in advance, the owner still charged my credit card. After multiple attempts to rectify, still no word from the owner. I’m not the first person with this issue so if you’re in town for a year or two, I recommend finding another gym.
What an awesome facility! The staff are experts in the field of fitness and are very welcoming! I have enjoyed my time at F45 in Pike Road and am looking forward to the next workout!
F45 is the perfect workout community! I have been attending classes since the very first day it opened. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and truly care about your fitness journey. Every class is different, challenging, and fun, making it easy to stay committed. The facility is clean with quality equipment. The supportive atmosphere and camaraderie among members is wonderful. Highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to burn calories and be more functional.
