F45 has become a very important part of my weekly routine! The trainers are super friendly and motivating
I bought the one year package right before Labor Day 2025 to force me to attend classes. I'm a 50 year old guy who has stayed in pretty good shape the last 15 years, but a recent fracture to my right elbow in a bicycle accident in June slowed me down from a strength workout standpoint. The F45 crew have been very accommodating and encouraging as I regain my strength training ability and get back into the swing of things again! I feel great!
I have been going to F45 for just over a month now, and I can already see a difference in my strength and stamina. The coaches are very supportive, helping you improve your posture and reach your full potential. Highly recommend!
This place is so special! A community and workout in one; I love that I can show up and I don’t have to think while getting a whole body workout, mindset included! The workouts combine weight lifting and cardio seamlessly — no treadmills needed. With the involved coaches and invested owners, F45 is the best place to build strength, health, and wellness!
I fell in love with F45 because of the people and coaches! They have become a family to me! Shoutout coach Macy, Jordan, Shadelle, Lydia, and Coach P for all the encouragement! You guys rock! And thank you Lynn for the easiest membership sign up!
