Topnotch training. The coaches here have been nothing but helpful, welcoming and motivating.
I trained at F45 Peakhurst for a few weeks while visiting Sydney and staying nearby. The gym is clean and very well equipped and the workouts are challenging and offer great variety. Most importantly, all the trainers are super nice and will push you hard while still being fun and friendly. Will be back everytime I'm in town!
I have just started at F45 and am absolutely loving it! Such an amazing and supportive community with the kindest trainers who truly want the best for you. I would recommend F45 Peakhurst to everyone!
