Do not even try this location if you care about your money or sanity… OWNERSHIP- Alli is incompetent and incredibly rude. The “customer service” coming from this manager is the worst I have ever seen. After multiple calls and voicemails to even reach her regarding a membership change for my husband, she falsely claimed that she had sent the membership change documents on 2/20. I cancelled my membership in December and have been charged every month since cancelling. They were responsive via email only every other week and have stopped replying to my emails about cancelling my membership and refunding me my money for all of the months I have been wrongfully charged. No one is available to answer the phones when you call, I have tried numerous times at different times throughout the day.
I just recently started classes at F45 in Pasadena. I used to workout pretty often and after having my daughter a year ago it’s been hard getting back to it and finding my groove. I did the three classes at first to try it out. I was so happy with my first class I knew I had to go back. I’ve been going weekly now and really enjoy the workouts.
