IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP! I moved out of the area late 2024. Two weeks before my next billing date, I filled out a cancellation form on an iPad with a class instructor to cancel my membership. It didn't get cancelled. I tried calling, and couldn't get my call answered for months. Then someone finally picked up. I politely explained my situation, and they said they'd take care of it. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! My husband has tried to cancel his membership for 6 months and even after email confirmation of the cancellation they are still charging his card. They don’t call us back or they hang up while we’re on the phone.
Do not even try this location if you care about your money or sanity… OWNERSHIP- Alli is incompetent and incredibly rude. The “customer service” coming from this manager is the worst I have ever seen. After multiple calls and voicemails to even reach her regarding a membership change for my husband, she falsely claimed that she had sent the membership change documents on 2/20. I cancelled my membership in December and have been charged every month since cancelling. They were responsive via email only every other week and have stopped replying to my emails about cancelling my membership and refunding me my money for all of the months I have been wrongfully charged. No one is available to answer the phones when you call, I have tried numerous times at different times throughout the day.
