F45 Parrish is an unbelievable trainer-led performance workout for everyone. The trainers are attentive and great, the workouts are excellent, and you feel great leaving, knowing you had an amazing workout. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a workout class to get in shape to give it a try—as I’m hooked!
