I’ve always struggled with staying consistent working out on my own, so I was hesitant to join F45 because of the cost. It has ended up being one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. The group setting keeps me motivated, the studio is always spotless, and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. I genuinely look forward to my workouts and don’t see myself ever leaving.
