I mainly join the strength-focused classes at F45, and I feel far more effective results compared to when I was training on my own. There are different classes every day and everything is reservation-based, but so far I’ve never had trouble booking a spot. The classes I attend usually have about 15–20 people. Instructors are knowledgeable and caring, workouts are structured and avariedxas to exercises. I get a great workout.
F45 Parker has been my escape from reality. As someone who is trying to lose weight and become stronger, this is the place that I feel the most comfortable at. All coaches are really supportive and always check in on you. It has been nothing but the best and I’m looking forward to many more classes!
