F45 has helped me feel part of a community again since moving to the GC. The trainers have helped me get myself back to pre-pregnancy fitness and strength… or at least well on the way! The creche service is so helpful and really helped with my ability to attend and create a consistent habit getting back into it. Thank you!
Great studio with a fantastic vibe. Nice to show up for a session, be greeted with a smile and a laugh, have access to qualified and knowledgeable staff, and not have to think about a thing - workout and music sorted! Bonus is the very accessible location with plenty of parking.

F45 Palm Beach ticks all the boxes! Easy parking, clean studio, amazing classes and high vibe trainers and members! My F45 days are my favourite days of the week :o)
