I worked out at this location the entire time they were open, unfortunately they are permanently closed. Highly recommend their program, I gained strength, lost weight, and was motivated to come to class. I transferred to Schaumburg F45. Mount Prospect F45 is another location that is open.
Super clean facility, awesome staff, and great location!
I've been to most popular gyms throughout the past few years and the one thing that makes all the difference in achieving your fitness goals is having the right coach/trainer and Will is that trainer! He's made such a difference that when he started coaching at this F45 location closer to my house I switched gyms.
