They have given me a lot of Motivation, goals. The coach is very kind and supportive. It's a very good gym to be in with people like this!
Great place for workout. Awesome trainers . There are multiple classes every day. Everyday workout is different.
Had a great session with Hayley and Syd The class wasn’t busy so I had a great time concentrating on my form and lifting Heavier than usual 💪👏👌💙 and I also enjoyed the stretching 🙆 or rest in between.
Have been coming to F45 Pakenham since 2022. Absolutely love it and fits well with my work and life in general. All the trainers are welcoming and positive and supportive with your goals . Top job 😆
