Prior to switching to F45 Training Oviedo, my exercise routine was more cardio-based from another fitness studio, and I had shoulder and knee pain. After a couple of months with strength training workouts at F45, I noticed that the shoulder pain was completely gone, and the knee pain was more of a level 1 depending on the exercise.
