Update after 1 year: This is the best workout of my life. I get real pleasure and happiness when I come here. the staff is attentive and professional, the coaches are the best of the best, and of course all the guys are just amazing. As a bonus to my health, I get a boost of vigor and strength. thank you, I definitely recommend it! And I love #F45
I absolutely love working at F45 Olney and being part of this amazing community. Even though I am a fitness coach there, I still get so much motivation and knowledge with my own fitness goals and with helping me become a better trainer. I love it so much and I even find myself getting a little fomo whenever I have to miss a class. So lucky to have the best team and members around!
Great gym concept! I really enjoyed the workouts you can really tell a lot of thought went into creating each station. For it being only 45 mins long these workouts are very effective. This Olney location is very clean, organized, and the coaches are excellent. Natasha does a great job explaining the workouts also correcting me if my form is bad. Highly recommend her classes!
