I'm really enjoying it. The coaches have been amazing, and the atmosphere and energy really encoirage you to keep going.

After taking some time off and deciding it was time to get back at it I loved the idea of F45 and being in and out in 45 minutes. I cannot say enough about the welcoming environment by the owner Jodi and her staff Anne and Ashley who made me feel right at home. It’s an awesome sweaty workout, great music and fun bunch of people! Thanks F45 Okotoks!! Looking forward to building strength and fitness in 2025!!!
