I love it here! I went to the 5:15am class. Katie was the instructor and she was so welcoming! The workout was great and I didn't feel like I was judged. I will be returning.
I started F45 on April 1st 2026. Not only do I feel better, but I am down 15 pounds & in the best shape of my life. The trainer’s are great & always willing to help you with your form. I love the personalized workouts & the fact you are in & out in 45 minutes. This is a first class operation. I highly recommend them.
F45 has helped me get healthier than ever in my life in my mid-30’s! The classes have helped me stay consistent while pushing myself to be better. The trainers are both motivating and understanding of limitations, and will help to adjust the workouts to your specific needs.
Customer service is excellent. Levi was so helpful and nice. Clean facility. Awesome coaches and workouts.
