I’ve been going to F45 for over 2 years now and love it! The workouts are challenging and the coaches Katie and Jay are great! It’s a true family atmosphere with great people!
Fantastic gym! The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make workouts fun. The environment in this gym is welcoming and the workouts are the right level of challenging with modifications to fit everyone.
Such a great time and workout!!!! Really picked me up out of a hard time! Motivational people and great workouts!!!!
