I quickly fell in love with F45 and credit it to the O’Fallon, IL location! The trainers are encouraging and push me to work harder than I thought I could. I always leave in a better mood than when I came due to the strong community feel. Couldn’t recommend enough!
I’ve never enjoyed a workout… in my life! I LOVE coming to F45! I’m not sure if it is the always changing work outs, the variety of movements or the incredible trainers but I genuinely look forward to going each week. In the month I have been going I have gained 1.5 ln of muscle and lost almost 2 lb of fat! 🤯 The work outs are intense and not always easy but they are quick! 45 min in and out.
