Great location! Great people. Newer to F45 and have a good instructors that helped to guide the workouts. Would recommend to others.
F45 is awesome! Quick and challenging workouts, 40 min, flexible class times (no excuses), motivating instructors (Carmelo was amazing), brand new clean studio, a good mix of cardio and strength training, honestly can’t think of one thing not to love! Give it a try. Warning you will become addicted. PS. Newbies start on a Tuesday or Thursday!
