Dropped in and Kole, was very energetic and made us feel like home!
The coaches and atmosphere are wonderful, but I wanted to make everyone aware that they will auto renew a 12 month contract and try to charge you a lot of money if you want to cancel. This is my fault for not reading the contract but I feel like this is also a sneaky practice on the corporate level and I didn’t appreciate it. Again, not the fault of the individual gym, but still something that needs to be brought to everyone’s attention.

I was visiting from out of town, and this F45 is the most welcoming I’ve ever been to! They had new equipment and the coaches were amazing. If I lived in Houston I would definitely go to F45 Oak Forest.
First experience was awesome! Coaches Javier and CJ were very helpful, welcoming, and energetic. Definitely will be going back.
