I love F45 for the 45 minute in and out getting the most iut of your time. I like to travel and use the passport function onto other gyms but there's nothing like coming home to F45 Oak Forest where you're treated like family in an upbeat atmosphere. Keep up the great work Oak Forest Houston!
Dropped in and Kole, was very energetic and made us feel like home!
The coaches and atmosphere are wonderful, but I wanted to make everyone aware that they will auto renew a 12 month contract and try to charge you a lot of money if you want to cancel. This is my fault for not reading the contract but I feel like this is also a sneaky practice on the corporate level and I didn’t appreciate it. Again, not the fault of the individual gym, but still something that needs to be brought to everyone’s attention.
